How do I track my parcel?

What are your delivery times?

We deliver express within 24 hours to most destinations. The time depends on the destination wilaya and the delivery method, to the door or at a stop desk.

How much does delivery cost?

The price depends on the departure branch, the destination wilaya and the delivery method. Choose the departure and destination in “Branches and rates”: the home and stop desk prices appear right away.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, for both B2B and B2C shipments, across Algeria. HHD collects the amount from your customer and pays it out to you, hand to hand.

My parcel arrived damaged. What should I do?

Contact the claims department on 0770 22 31 91 or 0770 80 31 43. HHD refunds parcels damaged during delivery.

Can the delivery address be changed after shipping?

Yes. The wilaya change service lets you change the delivery wilaya. Contact customer service as early as possible.
